Error: Bad client file ident (#) in IDENT message
This error denotes a client reset error which is triggered when the client and server version histories are out of sync. Frequent realm file deletions during development can trigger this error.
If in development: delete and reinstall your iOS and Android applications. If you are running a NodeJS app, please stop your app and delete your data and realm--object-server directory. Data will be resynchronized from the server, and you should be able to continue development.
If you experience this issue outside of a development environment and you have not deleted a realm: please contact us by submitting a ticket all version information (SDKs, server version, server OS), server/client logs, and any information or steps taken which may have lead to the error message.
